When Easy Bathrooms asked us to design, build and install their InstallerSHOW stand at the NEC Birmingham, we set out to create something unique.
The Easy Bathrooms Exhibition Stand Brief
Easy Bathrooms had a clear ambition. They wanted a stand that reflected the premium craftsmanship and elegance of their product range.
We needed to deliver an exceptional visitor experience. One that would stand out in a busy trade environment.
InstallerSHOW 2025 would attract thousands of industry professionals and potential customers. The stand had to be more than a product display. It needed to be a destination.
Our goal was to craft an immersive brand environment. A calm space in the middle of the noise. Somewhere visitors could pause, explore and engage with the brand.
We designed a tactile and memorable experience. One that aligned with Easy Bathrooms’ focus on quality, innovation and design-led living.
The WOWVI Approach
Interior design led every part of this project.
We focused on soft, flowing layouts, layered textures and warm lighting. The palette reflected the elegance of the Easy Bathrooms range.
The structure felt open, premium and purposeful. It was designed to create both impact and calm.
Energy and inspiration were the two key drivers behind our vision. We brought in a mix of textures to create a sensory experience. From smooth surfaces and tactile finishes to carefully selected materials, every detail was chosen to reflect the calm tranquillity of the Easy Bathrooms brand.
The Build
Our in-house team handled the entire exhibition stand build, from concept to completion. Attention to detail was key, ensuring the final structure matched the vision perfectly while remaining functional and future-proof for years to come, sustainable thinking!
Visitors were greeted with sleek product displays, a calm seating area, interactive elements like a incentive cash booth to excite visitors, and even a complimentary refreshment station. All of these features worked together to transform the stand into a true destination.
The Result
A show-stopping stand that didn’t just look great but made people feel great too. Easy Bathrooms had a constant flow of engaged visitors, with many complimenting the space on its calming presence and standout design in a busy exhibition hall.
